The college interview provides admissions counselors deeper insight into who a student is, both inside and outside the classroom. While not all schools offer interviews (for example, the UCs do not), it's an important part of the admissions process for many colleges.
Tip for seniors: research each school on your list to see if they offer interviews. If so, contact your local admissions representative to find out more. It's usually up to the student to initiate signing up for an interview.
