Big news from the University of California yesterday: the UC Regents voted unanimously to suspend the SAT/ACT requirement for admission until Fall 2024 while they consider creating a new test, and if no test is identified by 2025, the requirement will be eliminated for California students.
There's a lot to unpack here - but suffice to say that the world of college admissions is undergoing significant change.
